The Grillin’ Gays of Northampton

Hi, we’re Bryan and David, and we’re the Grillin’ Gays of Northampton.

We have no idea what we’re doing! I bought a Lodge Cast Iron Sportsman’s Grill early on in the pandemic in the event we lost power. We never used it. Until now.

When we first met, our first date was making shrimp kabobs in the broiler in the little gas stove in the apartment on Queensberry Street. We make these every year. Now, it’s time to do it on a real grille. And, not burn down the house while we’re at it.

When I tell you the aroma was amazing, it really was. The only thing better was the taste. I used a lime and orange sea salt blend from a shop up in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and it really was a great choice.
