There’s just something disgusting about unmaintained shared spaces. Our garden is actually a common shared walkway space. We are mindful at all times that this is not our private space and keep it very clean. The main front stairs is a shared space, used by all. One apartment has a dog that they bring up and down several times a day, and the seasonal shedding it beginning to accumulate. At least it’s not a barking dog.
But, seriously, I vacuumed these stairs five weeks ago because I couldn’t stand how bad it looked. The property management has only cleaned this staircase twice in the four+ years we’ve lived here.
