While working on a quilted vest on George the Mannequin, I was reminded of an old hand-beaded necklace bag that I made long ago. I was back in the 1990s when I was living in Seattle and beading was really big then.
This is a big, heavy piece. I’m not sure what to do with these old pieces. It’s doubtful that anyone is interested in things like this any more. I’m considering cutting it apart and recycling the beads for other projects, but I’m not sure my eyes are good enough for this kind of beading any longer.
