One of my most cherished houseplants, the Monstera Deliciosa Albo Variegata. It’s doing well finally. When we lived in Windsor, it grew like crazy and was HUGE.
When we moved here to Northampton, it, like all the other plants, nearly died. Come to find out, it’s the water here. It’s got a super high chlorine content.
This took a while for me to figure out. It was actually the death of my sour dough starter that was the key.
Now, I fill containers with tap water and let it sit out for several days before using it so the chlorine can dissipate to safer levels. The plat is coming back, unlike may of the others which couldn’t recover.
