While doing research for this quick day trip. I did a search for Marblehead Light. Apparently, there are TWO. One in Massachusetts, the other in Ohio.
We thought we were going to see the cool lighthouse, mistakenly the one from Ohio.
After driving for hours, we were greeted with the rusted iron construction, which looks something like a bad water tank. It was disappointing, but the views more than made up for it.
This is so typically coastal New England:

And, way off in the distance is the city of Boston!
