At the Greenfield Farmer’s Market on Saturday, I scored this gorgeous handmade solid cherry wood rolling pin. (The vendor didn’t have any business cards, and I can’t recall the name. They sold mushrooms and others wood carfts. Vendors, please have business cards.)
The wood was a little thirsty and it got a nice coating of mineral oil.
This pin has gotten a good breaking-in with some focaccia bread dough.
