For years I’ve been baking bread. Since we moved to Northampton, our oven is just plain crap. It’s a gas range from the late 1990s. It doesn’t heat evenly, and the oven knob actually has no markings or temperatures on it. The property management claims it’s not an issue and there’s nothing to be done.
Missing bread as much as I do, I got a new bread machine.
