My bread peeps, HELP! My loaves are not turning out like they should. I’ve been baking for years, and these loaves are trying my patience. What is causing this? These are bread machine loaves with Fleischmans bread machine yeast. A freshly opened bottle. Sea salt, not iodized.
Dinner was going to be meatball paninis, turkey for Bryan and beef, pork and veal for me.
Pasta, maybe???
