The ongoing harassment from the downstairs neighbors has now escalated to them joining with the new upstairs neighbors across the hall. The male upstairs tenant flashed his ass to our camera and then complained to the property management that WE are harassing them. I sent the manager the photo. He was appalled. He/they don’t mind the camera, but suggested that we post a sign that we are using cameras. The fact that it’s right in the window of the door isn’t enough.
