A few ears ago, when I worked in Hartford, Connecticut, I made friends with a coworker and we shared a common interest in plants. We still keep in touch to this day. I know she’s in love with my Monstera Deliciosa Albo Variegata, so I made a cutting over a year ago, but the pandemic was at its height. so it’s been growing happily here.
It’s a happy and healthy plant, just like the original.
We needed to go to Connecticut for a pre-employment thing, and we did a drive-by and left the plant on her front doorstep. I sent her a text with this image, and told her to open her front door:
She was SO excited, and that made my whole day.
