Folks, we have bubblage! The sour dough starter is alive and eating. Oh, right. That. Don’t forget add flour along with the water when reviving dried starter. I forgot that step and nearly drowned the dehydrated starter. Duh kind of moment when I remembered. Now, it’s all gassy and coming back to life. Sour dough bread coming back! Darker. Crisper. More tangy than before.
